Visions from the future.

This is the world I want to build.
These are all images I made – I hope you help me build this.

Many of these ideas were inspired by Johann Joachim Winckelmann’s book “Reflections on the imitation of Greek Works in Painting and Sculpture” – that the best approach we have to creating a new “high culture” is to imitate great cultures from the past – in this Winckelmann’s case, its the Greeks.

The question here is “what would the greeks have built if they had access to our current technology (LED, steel beams, curved glass, electricity, etc)?”
